Bass Guitar: Foundations 2 continues addressing topics covered in Bass Guitar: Foundations 1. Students will explore more advanced concepts such as dynamics, expanded range, scalar patterns, intervals, and beginning improvisation. Incorporating these elements will help students take their bass playing to another level. Students are introduced to more famous and influential bass players in order to broaden students’ perspective and understanding of the instrument. Students can expect to encounter a variety of listening and playing assignments, as well as lesson quizzes and exams, and will create a portfolio of recordings that reflect the progress they make.
