Bass Guitar: Foundations 1 – UC APPROVED
Bass Guitar: Foundations 1 continues to build upon the foundation established in the Bass Guitar Beginner courses. Students will explore more advanced concepts such as more major scale patterns, minor scales, playing in all 12 keys, chord progressions, ear training, arpeggios, and articulations. Adding an understanding of these aspects of bass playing will enhance your ability to play with a band and make your bass lines even more groovy and irresistible. Students are introduced to famous and influential bassists in order to broaden students’ perspective and understanding of the instrument.
