Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct will apply to the website that you are visiting, www.educationaladvantage.com, which is owned by EA Concepts LLC (the “Company”).
The Company adheres to a strict code of ethics based on pillars of honesty, respect, commitment, integrity, and compassion, and stands firm in upholding those values.
Further, the Company enlists all partners to make decisions that impact our reputation. Our Code of Conduct is the way that we extend our internal values to all partners, affiliates, contractors, and consultants. Because individual actions shape how others perceive the Company and the value and services we provide, we ask that you remain mindful of your own, personal contribution.
All policies revolve around two basic expectations:

1.) Maintain trust
2.) Operate with integrity

Please also review the code of conduct policies below, as they pertain to these expectations.

a.) Who must follow our Code? All employees and governing members must understand and abide by our Code. We also expect all partners, affiliates, contractors, and consultants to review and follow this Code in connection with their work for the Company. Failure to do so may result in termination of their relationship with the Company.

i. Our reputation as a company is our most valuable asset and the merit we have is a direct function of the integrity and honesty we uphold and expect. All of our communication and interactions should manifest this to our customers and users. This includes being responsive to any concerns, questions, suggestions, or compliments from internal employees, partners, affiliates, contractors, and consultants, but also from our customers.
ii. The Company is an equal opportunity employer with hiring based on the merit, qualifications, and competence of the individual applicant. We strictly prohibit unlawful discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, veteran status, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy status, medical condition, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
iii. Illegal drugs and alcohol are not permitted. Consumption of alcohol is banned on the property of the Company. Responsible consumption is encouraged elsewhere. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. If there is reasonable suspicion that alcohol or drug use is adversely affecting job performance or is doing undue harm by a partner, affiliate, contractor, or consultant, a drug screening may be requested.
iv. We are committed to a safe and violence-free workplace and do not
tolerate any level of threat or violence. If you become aware of a violation to this policy, please report it to the Company immediately.
v. If you are in a situation in which competing loyalties could cause you to pursue personal benefit for you, your friends, or your family at the expense of the Company, you may be faced with a conflict of interest. Please avoid conflicts of interest and circumstances that present the appearance of conflict of interest.
vi. Any confidential information must be handled as such and not disclosed to an outside party. If there are “grey areas” that require you to use your best judgment, please do so without disclosing confidential information. In the instance that you have a friend, relative, or other person employed at a competing organization, please don’t solicit confidential information from them our their company.
vii. The Company’s intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and other items are our most valuable assets and should not be used for any personal or professional use without clearance and approval from the administrative team at the Company. We ask that you kindly report any misuse or suspected misuse to our school as soon as possible.
viii. We collect and store personal information from employees, partners,
affiliates, contractors, and consultants. This data is protected and not accessible in a manner consistent with strict policy guidelines.
