This Code of Conduct will apply to the website that you are visiting, www.educationaladvantage.com (the “Website”), which is owned by EA Concepts LLC (the “Company”).

abide by our Code. We also expect all partners, affiliates, contractors, and consultants to review and follow this Code in connection with their work for the Company. Failure to do so may result in termination of their relationship with the Company.

i. Our reputation as a company is our most valuable asset and the merit we have is a direct function of the integrity and honesty we uphold and expect. All of our communication and interactions should manifest this to our customers and users. This includes being responsive to any concerns, questions, suggestions, or compliments from internal employees, partners, affiliates, contractors, and consultants, but also from our customers.

iv. We are committed to a safe and violence-free workplace and do not
tolerate any level of threat or violence. If you become aware of a violation to this policy, please report it to the Company immediately.

If you are in a situation in which competing loyalties could cause you to pursue personal benefit for you, your friends, or your family at the expense of the Company, you may be faced with a conflict of interest. If there are “grey areas” that require you to use your best judgment, please do so without disclosing confidential information. We ask that you kindly report any misuse or suspected misuse to our school as soon as possible.

viii. We collect and store personal information from employees, partners,
affiliates, contractors, and consultants. This data is protected and not accessible in a manner consistent with strict policy guidelines.
